Can a foreigner own 100% of the company?

Standard Thai Limited Companies require 51% Thai ownership. 100% foreign ownership is possible via BOI, US Treaty of Amity, or a Foreign Business Licence.

Legally 15 THB per shareholder, but 2M THB is required if you want to sponsor a foreign work permit.
