Requirements

  • 500,000 THB in personal funds (bank statement)
  • Proof of remote employment, freelance contracts, or course enrolment
  • Valid passport with at least 6 months remaining
  • Health insurance covering the stay (recommended)

Can I work in Thailand on a DTV?

You can work remotely for clients or an employer outside Thailand. You may not be employed by or earn income from a Thai company on a DTV — that requires a work permit.
