TM30 Address Registration

House-master notification of your Thai address — required for most immigration applications.

Thai law requires the property owner or 'house master' to notify immigration within 24 hours of a foreigner staying at their address. A valid TM30 is mandatory for visa extensions, 90-day reports and many other immigration matters. We handle the filing on your or your landlord's behalf.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who is responsible for TM30?

The property owner or house master — not the foreign tenant — is legally responsible. In practice, agents file on behalf of either party.

Do I need a new TM30 after every trip abroad?

Strictly yes if you return to the same property, immigration may require a re-filing. Many Pattaya offices are pragmatic but we recommend keeping TM30 current.
