Requirements
- Sponsoring Thai company with 2M THB fully paid-up capital per foreigner, under Immigration's business extension-of-stay criteria
- Ratio of 1 foreign employee to 4 permanent Thai employees under the same criteria (relaxed to 1:1 for specified categories such as representative, regional and branch offices, and not applied to the Thai-spouse route)
- Valid Non-Immigrant B visa or eligible to convert
- Relevant qualifications or experience for the role
